Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or days our shop is closed will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Unless otherwise requested by the customer, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times are estimates only and are determined by the Postal Service. Delays due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or routing decisions are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates are managed by USPS and may be delayed during high-volume periods.

Warm Weather and Seasonal Considerations

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. During warmer months or when shipping to warm climates, we may use additional packaging or insulation to help protect your order. Even with these precautions, we cannot guarantee packages will not be exposed to temperatures outside of our control during transit.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been picked up by USPS, we cannot modify, reroute, or expedite its delivery. Any delays after handoff are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will work with you to make it right.
