In our humble yet admittedly biased opinion, we do Caramel Apples the right way (plain caramel or hand rolled in granulated peanuts). Our delicious caramel pairs perfectly with fresh apples grown in southern Illinois!  Our "no frills" hand dipped approach allows the fresh apples to shine.  While pumpkin spiced lattes steal the headlines our Caramel Apples truly are the best taste of Fall!

Caramel apples

Apples were good sized. They would have been better with more caramel. It was difficult to get paper off apples. It worked a little better when chilled. Caramel is still delicious as I remember.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will rectify the issue by sending the correct items or offering a refund or store credit, as appropriate.

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will ask for a detailed description of the issue and may request photographic evidence. We will be happy to refund your order!

Please note the following conditions:

  • All refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products, incorrect items, or quality issues.
